How does remote access work?

When you connect two computers together using Zoho Assist, it’s as if you’re giving one of them a remote control to operate the other. In this way, for example, an IT technician can connect to a user’s device, then see the user’s monitor on their own screen – making it possible for the technician to operate the user’s computer remotely. Everything that the technician does is visible on the user’s device. The user can, therefore, watch the mouse move across the screen - without doing anything, themselves.
