How do I create a form with Zoho Forms?

Simple: By using the drag-and-drop editor. You can select ready-made form elements on the left side of the editor, on the right side of the editor is where you create your form. There are 40 different form field types available for capturing all relevant data - from the name to the address to the bank account information. You can also add free and multi-line text fields. Predefined answers that your users can select via a drop-down or multiple-choice function are also possible. All fields can be customized. For example, you can define which fields need to be filled in, which warnings pop up when input errors occur, and which answers lead to further questions or to skipping questions. Your customers can also pause the form filling-in process without losing the data.

How can I use the forms?

The forms that you create in Zoho Forms can easily be published online - even if you don't have your own website. For sharing your forms, Zoho Forms offers you the option to shorten links or create QR codes. If you do have a website, then you can also embed the forms there.
