Zoho Flow

Oh, that's a lot of different ones! When you create a new workflow in Zoho Flow, you can define what you want to trigger the flow: an event in an app, a point in time, or a webhook. And there are different events for each app. With a ticketing platform, for example, you can select events such as ``new attendee has been added,`` ``attendee has checked in,`` or ``new order.`` With an email marketing app, typical events would be ``new contact``, ``campaign sent``, or ``link clicked``. When scheduling, you can choose a specific date or a recurring time (for example, ``Every Monday at 9 am``). And in webhook, data is received from a webhook URL.

Very secure indeed. When data is transferred between two apps, it is encrypted using the AES-256 algorithm - both while it is on its way (``encryption in transit``) and at the storage location (``encryption in rest``).

An integration platform can be used to connect different apps with each other. In this context, it is also referred to as ``integrating`` two apps or ``app integration``.
With Zoho Flow, for example, you can connect a ticketing platform like Eventbrite with an email marketing app to automatically start sending out a series of emails once tickets have been sold. These types of automations are defined in the integration platform. The first step here would be to select a trigger (in this example, the purchase made on Eventbrite) and then specify which action is to be triggered (in this case, a contact is created in the email marketing program and an email is sent).
Well-known integration platforms include Zapier, Workato or Make - and Zoho Flow. Zoho Flow allows you to connect not just other Zoho apps, but also several hundred third-party apps. Once an integration is created, the apps automatically exchange the relevant data with each other.
