Conversely, any scheduling that is done outside of Zoho Bookings changes availability in Bookings. This way you avoid overlaps and double bookings.
Is it possible to link Zoho Bookings to Zoom?
Absolutely! And other online meeting platforms, such as Google Meet, can also be connected to Zoho Bookings. This saves you a lot of time because an online meeting is automatically created when you book an appointment. Along with the booking confirmation, your customer will also receive the invitation link and the meeting access data.
What do I do if a customer wants to cancel their appointment?
In the email containing the booking confirmation, there is the option to postpone or cancel the appointment. You can define the conditions for cancellation, yourself. For example, you can specify when an appointment cancellation is still permitted or when it should be linked to a partial payment.
What happens if a customer books an appointment on short notice?
That’s very unlikely to happen. You can decide for yourself how big the time window should be before an appointment. You will be automatically notified of all appointments. Therefore, if you decide that you want to be informed at least one day in advance, customers will not be able to choose from appointments in the shorter term.
What do I do with appointments that are not booked via the form?
If, for example, you make an appointment with a customer in a conversation or by email, you can manually add it to Zoho Bookings. Once that is done, the same automated process (automatically sent invitation and reminders) will occur - just like the appointments that customers had booked themselves.
Can I combine the appointment booking with our terms and conditions?
Of course! You can set the appointment booking so that your customers have to accept the terms and conditions before an appointment can be booked.
